Sanchez Home Developing Services

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by Sanchez Home Developing Services ("SHDS" or "the Company"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with these terms or any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Scope

SHDS provides home development services including but not limited to planning, designing, construction, and project management. Specific details of each service will be outlined in the individual Service Agreement made between the client and SHDS.

3. Payment and Fees

All payment details, including amounts, due dates, and payment methods, will be specified in the Service Agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations to the service agreement must be communicated in writing. Changes or cancellations may be subject to additional fees.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

SHDS provides a standard 12-month warranty on all construction and home development services, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damages due to misuse, natural disasters, or neglect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SHDS shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit.

7. Termination

Both parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement in case of breach of these terms. Termination details and potential consequences will be outlined in the Service Agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with [Country/State Law], and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.

9. Amendments

SHDS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The client will be informed of any changes, and continued use of our services will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.

All other terms, conditions, or stipulations not mentioned here will be detailed in the individual Service Agreement or will be communicated in writing.
